In a safe, non-judgmental environment you will be gently guided to explore movement, dance, sensory awareness, imagery, writing and art* to:

RECLAIM your wholeness and true potential

 

REDISCOVER the joy of play and creative expression

 

 

*No experience in any of these modalities is necessary. Your anxieties and limiting beliefs are all welcome. We’ll have fun and learn to quiet and befriend our inner critic(s).
